| Things to provide with your mortgage application
Salaried Borrowers
- 2 Recent Pay stubs from your employer(s)
- Most Recent 2 years of W2's
- Most recent 2 months of liquid asset statements including checking, savings, CD’s, brokerage accounts, 401K’s IRAs,etc.
- Recent mortgage statement or coupon
- Complete divorce decree if applicable
- Lease agreements if applicable
- Complete bankruptcy petition and discharge
- Copy of resident alien card(green card)
Self Employed Borrowers
- 2 years personal income tax returns including all schedules
- 2 years business tax returns including all schedules
- Year to date profit and loss statement for business
For Purchases
- Copy of sales contract signed by all parties
- Copy of "MLS" print out giving a description of the property
- Listing agreement or sales contract for current residence
- Gift letter (we provide form) along with proof of donor’s ability to make gift
- Evidence of transfer of gift funds by way of copy of check and deposit slip
- 12 months cancelled rent checks(front and back) for current rent if applicable.
For Refinances
- Copy of deed to property
- Copy of declaration page to current homeowners insurance policy
